Peer Financial Coach

As a Peer Financial Coach, you’ll promote financial well-being across campus through events, outreach, tabling, and peer coaching conversations. You’ll help students navigate topics like budgeting, credit, saving, spending habits, and student loans in a supportive, judgment-free environment.
This role is perfect for students interested in leadership, outreach, coaching, education, marketing, or helping others.
What You’ll Do
- Represent financial well-being programs at campus events and outreach activities
- Engage students in conversations about money and campus resources
- Support workshops, programs, and student engagement initiatives
- Help create a welcoming and approachable financial wellness culture on campus
- Conduct one-on-one peer coaching sessions

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA and good academic standing
- Ability to attend monthly Friday professional development sessions
- Availability to support the campus Career Fair once per semester
- Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Preferred Qualifications
- Interest in outreach, coaching, marketing, education, or student support
- Experience in leadership, mentoring, customer service, or campus involvement
- Interest in financial literacy or helping others build confidence with money
