Social Media Coordinator

Position Type: Part-Time (Growth Opportunity Role)
Location: Hybrid (Remote + Office + Some Field Work)
Reports To: Marketing Manager

Position Summary

Liberty Pure Solutions is seeking a creative, motivated, and growth-minded Social Media & Content Coordinator to help manage and expand our online presence across multiple platforms. This is a part-time, entry-level role designed for someone who wants to start a career in marketing and grow with a company long-term—not just gain short-term experience.

You will work directly with our Marketing Manager to create engaging content, capture photos and videos in the field, promote our services, highlight customer success stories, and help position Liberty Pure Solutions as the trusted authority in water treatment, plumbing, well pumps, and home services throughout Maryland. 

The ideal candidate is excited to learn, willing to get out in the field, and eager to grow into a larger marketing role over time.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Assist in managing company Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Nextdoor, and other platforms 
• Schedule and publish engaging content consistently 
• Monitor comments, messages, and engagement across platforms 
• Respond to inquiries or route them to the appropriate team member 
• Encourage and capture user-generated content (UGC)

Content Creation

• Create engaging posts for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc. that connect with homeowners
• Capture photos and videos at real job sites (installations, repairs, water testing, etc.)  
• Create short-form video content for Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and TikTok 
• Help showcase customer success stories, employee spotlights, and completed projects 

Brand Storytelling & Education

• Help communicate Liberty Pure’s services in a clear, engaging way 
• Share educational content about water quality and home water treatment solutions  
• Support the development of a trusted and recognizable local brand 
• Highlight the people, work, and impact behind our company 

Growth Opportunity

• Content strategy and planning 
• Paid social media campaigns 
• Video production and editing 
• Broader marketing initiatives and campaigns

Qualifications

Required

• Interest in social media, marketing, or content creation 
• Strong communication and writing skills 
• Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc. 
• Basic photography, videography, and graphic design skills 
• Willingness to learn and take initiative 
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks 

Preferred

• Experience with Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools 
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite 
• Strong interest in storytelling, branding, or digital media 
• Comfortable occasionally visiting job sites for content capture
