Are you interested in joining an exciting company with a mission that is critical to our National Security efforts? CSRA’s Intelligence Development Program (IDP) is a fast-paced development program designed for high-performing individuals who want to gain a broad exposure to IT.

Gain On-the-job Experience

CSRA's Intelligence Development Program program allows you to enter the workforce as a cleared employee through one of two methods.

  1. Directly into a program assignment based on desired work and readily available skills
  2. Experience different assignments in areas like service/help desk, cyber security, data analytics, cloud computing, application development, network designing, information security, and other IT projects. This usually starts with a term on the customer front-end (service desk enterprise operations) and then a rotation or direct assignment thereafter.
  3. As an uncleared employee who works in our innovation center while your clearance processes (based on job openings)

We also pair you with mentors— individuals and teams who will provide guidance and insight to help you start your career.

Grow Your Skills

The program also helps you develop your technology and leadership skills through a variety of courses offered by our company as well as the ability to continue to your education and pursue industry certifications.

Begin a Rewarding Career

The goal of the IDP is to get you to full-time employment, with a degree and a DoD Top Secret Security Clearance. From there you are a member of the of the professional workforce. Should there be a delay in security processing, CSRA will bring you on-board provisionally depending on the circumstances.
