Gain on-the-job Experience
General Dynamics IT's Early Talent Clearance Program allows you to enter the workforce as a cleared employee through one of three methods.
- Directly into a program assignment based on desired work
- By experiencing different assignments in areas like service/help desk, cyber security, data analytics, cloud computing, application development, network designing, information security, and other IT projects. This usually starts with a term on the customer front-end (service desk enterprise operations) and then a rotation or direct assignment thereafter.
- As an uncleared employee who works in an uncleared space while your clearance processes (based on job openings)
Begin a Rewarding Career
The goal of the program is to get you to full-time employment, with a degree and a clearance. From there you are a member of the professional workforce. Should there be a delay in security processing, General Dynamics IT will bring you on-board provisionally depending on the circumstances.
