Department of Computer and Information Sciences Graduate Assistantship Application
Requirements:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Full-time graduate student in CS
- Minimum GPA of 3.3
Application Procedure:
A completed assistantship application includes the following items:
- Two letters of reference, preferably, from CIS faculty ***
- A copy of applicant’s updated resume
- An unofficial copy of applicant’s transcript
*** Reference letters should be submitted as a PDF file to mmcguire@towson.edu by the faculty member that is providing reference.***
Student will work with assigned professor to perform needed duties, such as, assisting with program development, assessment and activities, and administrative duties as needed. Student will also help with PR and special events. This will help the student in leadership abilities and gain experience administratively and academically.
