Video Editing Intern

Under the direction of the art director and audio engineer, the video intern will assist in editing footage from our archives to publish on our YouTube channel and social media accounts.

Duties: during the course of the internships, interns will
  • Edit full-length performances under the direction of art editor
  • Create teasers to post on Festival’s social media platforms

Desired Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: the ideal intern candidate possesses 
  • Knowledge of videography and photography, preferably classical & jazz music performances, including knowledge of instruments in orchestral and chamber music
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work professionally, quickly and independently in a remote environment
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite. Please submit a sample of your work (file in .mov or link to a YouTube video).

Desired majors: Film; Art - photography; Music or Theatre - video/film

This internship can start as soon as possible through the end of July, with the possibility of renewing through the fall semester. Hours are flexible; expect between 3-4 hours/week; stipend is included.
