Fast, Fun, Friendly, and Professional atmosphere. Schedule flexibility is important as the days of the week and hours may vary; generally, no weekends are required. This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills. Administrative, hospitality, or host experience preferred.

Previous experience in Hospitality, Hosting, Hotel or Wait Staff, or in Market Research or related field is preferred. Interested applicants must be computer literate, responsible and flexible, well-spoken and have experience with customer service both in person and on telephone. We are looking for candidates who have an abundance of energy, poise and who exhibit professionalism at all times and will provide a warm and accommodating atmosphere to clients and participants.

As a CSR, you will work in a fast-paced, environment to deliver the best experience to clients. This position requires checking in focus group participants, greeting clients and performing other administrative, reception and hospitality duties.

Requirements
Responsibilities Include:
  • Attend to client on site and deliver a high-quality hospitality experience.
  • Greeting participants and clients and maintain a friendly, but professional rapport with both.
  • Review project materials for accuracy and complete information.
  • Audio and video recording

Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Microsoft Office/Computer Literate
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work on feet for extended periods of time
  • Works well within a team atmosphere, as well as independently
